Our RUGGEDCOM family of RMC media converters are designed to
bridge the gap between different types of network segments, speeds, and
protocols. This reduces installation and configuration costs.
A utility-grade, 2-port Serial-to-Ethernet server, the
RUGGEDCOM RMC30 is specifically designed to operate in harsh industrial environments.
Take advantage of both an RS232 port and an RS485/422 port simultaneously via a solid screw-down terminal block. The 10Base-T Ethernet port supports both auto-negotiation and auto crossover detection and simplifies cabling. Setup is a breeze due to the simple, intuitive network-based configuration using either the built-in web or Telnet server.
